Instructions

  3. Place the chocolate, butter, and low in a microwave-safe bowl and warmth in bursts until melted and smooth.

  4. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, beating on low until combined.

  5. Fold the dry ingredients (almond flour and Swerve) through until well incorporated.

  6. Grease two single-serve 1 cup ramekins thoroughly.

  7. Pour the batter into the 2 ramekins and bake for 8-12 minutes until the highest has set but still jiggles. (Cooking time will rely upon the dimensions and shape of your ramekin)

  8. Put aside for five minutes before upturning in a serving plate.

  9. Serve with cream and berries, if desired.

  10. These lava cakes will have to be eaten right away and don’t store well.
