Ingredients

  • 3/4
    cup
    cooked ham
    diced
  • 1/3
    cup
    milk
  • 3
    oz.
    cheddar cheese
    about 2/3 cup grated.
  • 3/4

    fresh spinach
    roughly chopped
  • 3/4
    cup
    mushrooms
    sliced
  • 3
    Tablespoons
    onion diced
  • 3
    Tablespoons
    olive oil
    divided

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, slice the mushrooms and roughly chop the spinach. Dice the ham.

  2. Crack the eggs right into a large bowl. Add the milk and season calmly with salt and pepper. Whisk until fully mixed.

  8. Cover the skillet with the lid, lower the warmth, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until the frittata is cooked through.
