Mudra – Symbolic hand gestures or posture to regulate prana.
Namaste – A sacred greeting to recollect and honour the sacred, the spirit inside yourself and others.
Om – can also be sometimes spelled Aum. Many yoga classes begin and end with the category sitting cross-legged, eyes closed chanting Om 3 times. Om is thought to be the unique sound of creation. Once you repeat it, you might be in effect aligning yourself with the spirit of creation.
