Ekpad Vrittasana – Lie down straight. Now raise your left leg and move it clockwise in a circular way like a zero, as larger as possible. Practice this for 8-10 times, Then move it anti-clockwise. Now do it along with your right leg in similar way. This removes excess fat from hip and thighs. Hip muscles grow to be more flexible and powerful. If you might have backache, hypertension, or heart problem, don’t practice it.

Chhakichalan – Stretch each your legs in your front in a seating position and keep them apart so far as possible. Keep your hands joined by fingers crossed in one another: Now bending forward, move your hands in a semi-circular way touching your left and right feet in clockwise. Do that exercise anti-clockwise also, for 8-10 times. This offers you the much-desired V-shape to your upper body. Don’t practice this if you might have back and neck pain.
